摘要
探讨纺制包芯竹节彩点纱的技术措施。分析并设计了该纱线的结构特点,通过设备改造和纺纱工艺优化,在白色棉氨纶包芯竹节纱的纺制过程中,在竹节处添加黑色棉纤维形成黑色彩点,成功开发出一种具有段彩纱、竹节纱、包芯纱三种纱线特征的新型复合结构纱线。指出:加强设备检查、降低粗纱捻系数、适当加大细纱机前区隔距、调节好氨纶丝包覆位置、控制好两根粗纱的间距可以有效提高纱线的质量指标。认为:开发的包芯竹节彩点纱在针织布面上可呈现出独特的视觉效果。
The technology measures for core-spun sluh multicolor spot yarn were discussed. The yarn structural properties were analyzed and designed. Through equipment modificition and yarn processing optimization, black cotton fiber was added in the slub spot to form black spot during the spinning of white cotton polyurethane core-spun slub yarn. A new composite structural yarn with the properties of three kinds of yarn like section-color yarn, slub yarn and core-spun yarn was successfully developed. It is pointed out that the yarn quality can be effectively improved by strengthening equipment inspection, decreasing twist factor of roving, suitably enlarging the front gauge of spinning frame,well adjusting the covering position of polyurethane filament and well controlling the space between two roving. It is considered that the developed core-spun slub multicolor spot yarn can show special visual effect on the surface of knitting fabric.
