Development of Multi-component Wave Yarn

探讨多组分保暖波形纱的开发要点。介绍了多组分纤维的性能特点和指标。优化了采用涤纶长丝作为芯纱,中空涤纶苎麻莫代尔棉混纺纱作为饰纱,纯棉纱作为固纱的纺制工艺参数和流程。最终通过花式捻线机成功纺制出多组分波形纱,其拉伸性能指标能够达到较好水平。认为:多组分保暖波形纱可广泛用于春秋服装面料以及装饰用纺织品面料的开发。

The key points to develop multi-component warm wave yarn were discussed. The properties and indexes of multi-component fibers were introduced. The spinning processing parameters and flow for using poly- ester filament as core yarn, using hollow polyester ramin modal cotton blended yarn as decorative yarn and using pure cotton yarn as fixed yarn were optimized. Eventually, multi-component wave yarn was successfully spun by fancy twisting machine. Higher level of its tensile property indexes was achieved. It is considered that multi-com- ponent warm wave yarn can be widely used for the development of garment fabric in spring ＆ autumn and the decorative fabric materials.
