摘要
分析精梳机给棉工艺对精梳落棉率及梳理质量的影响。对比试验了不同给棉长度、落棉隔距下两种给棉方式对梳理质量的影响。试验证明:在前进给棉工艺中,顶梳占据梳理的主导地位;精梳条中棉结数量、短纤维含量均明显增多,但未出现成纱棉结数量增加的现象。认为:现代精梳机通过合理扩大锡林的齿面角,采用前进给棉工艺,并配置4.7mm的给棉长度,利用棉卷自清洁的作用,可获得较好的成纱质量指标和原料利用率。
The influence of comber feeding method on waste percentage and carding quality was analyzed. The influence of two kinds of feeding method such as different feeding lengths and different gauges on carding quality were compared and experimented. The experiment results show that top carding plays a leading role for forward feeding process. Both neps and short fiber content in combed sliver are obviously increased. However, there is no phenomenon of more neps generated in yarn. It is considered that better yarn quality and raw material utilization ratio can be obtained by reasonably enlarging the cylinder face angle, adopting forward feeding technology,eonfigurating 4.7 mm feeding length and using lap self-cleaning function in modern comber.
