棉粘泡泡纱的生产实践

Production of Cotton Viscose Seersucker

总结棉粘胶泡泡纱的生产过程。介绍了当前常见的5种泡泡纱生产方法;针对用户对泡泡纱的新要求,以JC 14.5tex纱和R 14.8tex纱为经纬纱,开发了一款泡泡纱。生产中严格控制两种纱的捻度CV;浆纱中对粘胶纱上酸性染料,便于区分;优化上机工艺,保证了织造的顺利进行。经测试,开发的织物性能较好,能够满足用户要求。认为:开发的棉粘泡泡纱泡泡饱满,外观别致,质地轻薄,可以满足人们对夏季服饰新时尚的要求。

Production process of cotton viscose seersucker was summarized. 5 kinds of current seersucker production methods were introduced. According to the new request of customer,JC 14. 5 tex yarn and R 14.8 tex yarn were used as warp and weft,a kind of seersucker was developed. The twist CV value of two kinds of yarn should be controlled strictly in production. In order to distinguishing easily, acid dye was used on viscose yarn in sizing. Loom technology was optimized to make sure weaving successfully. The properties of developed fabric are better and can meet the requirement of customer after testing. It is considered that the seersucker has full bubble, unique appearance and lighter weight. It can meet the new fashion requirement of summer dress.
