摘要 半导体器件是以微电子技术为基础的学科,该学科培养的研究生人才应该具有半导体器件设计、微电子工艺、电子材料等技术基础知识;具有从事半导体器件设计、制造、封装、测试、开发及生产组织管理的个人能力和专业能力;同时还应该具有人际交往、团队工作和交流以及在社会环境下构思、设计、实现、运行系统的能力;并适合在IC、半导体器件与集成技术等相关领域从事设计、研发、工艺改进、开发及生产组织管理等工作。 Semiconductor Devices is a discipline based on microelectronics technology. The graduate students fostered in the discipline should have technical basis knowledge, such as semiconductor device design, microelectronics process, and electronic materials. The graduate students possess the personal and professional capacities with engaging in semiconductor device design, manufacturing, packaging, testing, development and production organization and management. Simultaneously, the graduate students should own the abilities which include interpersonal communication, team cooperation as well as conceiving,designing, implementing, and operating of the system in the social environment. It is acceptable for the graduate students to work with designing, research and development, process improvement, development and production organization in the field of IC, semiconductor devices and integration technology.
