International Business Talents "Double Creativity" Training: Connotation System and Driving Mechanism

"一带一路"和创新驱动型国家战略的实施为国际商务人才"双创"能力的培养提供了难得的契机。本文首先界定了学生"双创"能力的科学内涵,即培养大学生的创新精神、创业意识和创业能力;其次,对国际商务人才"双创"能力的培养体系进行了全面系统的设计,即专业教育与"双创"教育相融合,学校实践教学与跨界实践相结合;最后,基于培养路径的分析,提出了"双创"能力培养的驱动机制,即调研与动态跟踪、师生共历共享与课程群研发以及教学载体分层优化机制。
