摘要
"一带一路"和创新驱动型国家战略的实施为国际商务人才"双创"能力的培养提供了难得的契机。本文首先界定了学生"双创"能力的科学内涵,即培养大学生的创新精神、创业意识和创业能力;其次,对国际商务人才"双创"能力的培养体系进行了全面系统的设计,即专业教育与"双创"教育相融合,学校实践教学与跨界实践相结合;最后,基于培养路径的分析,提出了"双创"能力培养的驱动机制,即调研与动态跟踪、师生共历共享与课程群研发以及教学载体分层优化机制。
The implementation of the "Belt and Road" and the innovation-driven national strategy have provided a golden opportunity for the training of "double wounds" of international business professionals. First of all, this article defines the scientific connotation of students 'ability of "double creation", which is, fostering college students' spirit of innovation, entrepreneurial awareness and entrepreneurship.
