摘要
本文引入能力成熟度模型的理论和方法,构建了高校辅导员职业能力成熟度评价指标体系,提出了成熟度等级、评价标准和评价方法,以此构建了完整的高校辅导员职业能力成熟度评价模型。该模型不但为评价高校辅导员职业能力水平提供了方法,也为高校辅导员持续提升职业能力提供了路径参考。
This article introduces the theory and method of capability maturity model, constructs the index system of maturity evaluation of college counselors' occupational ability, and puts forward the maturity level, evaluation criteria and evaluation methods, so as to construct a complete appraisal of college counselors' occupational ability maturity model. The model not only provides a method for evaluating the vocational ability of college counselors, but also provides a reference for the college counselors to continuously improve their professional abilities.
