护理专业学生从事养老服务业的意愿分析

Willingness of Nursing Students to Engage in Elderly Care Services

我国养老机构的护理人员,主要来源于各个层次教育机构的护理专业毕业生,这些学生一方面经过了较为系统的专业教育,具备较为扎实的理论基础和一定的实践经验,在入职之后可以尽快适应养老服务工作;另一方面,年轻的毕业生刚刚步入工作岗位,满怀激情和斗志,能够全身心地投入到本职工作中,更加细心、耐心地完成老年人的服务工作。文章首先对现阶段国内养老护理的工作需求进行了概述,随后在分析护理专业学生从事养老服务业意愿影响因素的基础上,就如何帮助学生树立正确择业观、吸引更多护理专业毕业生从事养老服务工作提出了几点建议。

Nursing staffs in China＇s pension institutions mainly come from graduates of nursing graduates from educational institutions at all levels. These students, on the one hand, have undergone systematic and professional education on the one hand and have a solid theoretical foundation and some practical experience. They can adapt as soon as possible after entering the job. On the other hand, young graduates have just entered the work place, full of passion and fighting spirit, able to devote themselves to their own work, more careful and patiently to complete the elderly service. First of all, the article summarizes the current domestic nursing care work needs, and then on the basis of analyzing the influencing factors of nursing profession students＇ willingness to serve the aged care service, on how to help students to establish a correct career outlook and attract more graduates of nursing graduates to engage in nursing service made a few suggestions.
