企业多元化经营战略是随着企业发展,为了谋求利益增长点而采取的战略。宜宾五粮液作为白酒行业的龙头企业之一,近年来不断投资其他行业,企图超越一直领先的茅台酒,从而实现"弯道超车"的目标。然而,随着五粮液多元化程度日益加深,其多元化投资效益却并没有达到理想效果。五粮液能否通过多元化实现超车茅台呢?本文通过多元化投资对五粮液的直接损益、EVA进行数据分析,并基于BHAR测算法对五粮液的投资多元化绩效进行评估,得出相关结论并提出相应建议。
