摘要
实践性知识是教学专业化的知识基础,是培养卓越教师的关键环节。小学全科教师教育课程改革要突破实践性缺失的现实困境,实现对传统学术理性的超越,构建以关键能力为主导的目标统整,以实践问题为主导的内容统整和以实践体验为主导的课程实施。
Practical knowledge is the knowledge base of the professionalization of teaching,and it is the key link of cultivating excellent teachers.The curriculum reform in all-subject elementary school teacher education should breakthrough the current difficulties,transcend the traditional academic rationality,construct the key-competence-based system of objectives,integrate the contents on the basis of practical issues,and implement the curriculum with the practice-experience orientation.
