摘要
机器人用永磁同步电机要求具有高转矩倍数、高效率和低转矩脉动等特性。通过分析电机的技术要求,确定了该电机的基本尺寸参数。用有限元分析软件对电机进行分析和仿真。对常用的永磁电机的槽极配合进行分析,选择最佳的槽极配合。采用不等厚永磁体结构,对电机的齿槽转矩进行优化。设计了大小圈绕组结构,有效地提高了电机的效率。为工业机器人用永磁同步电机的设计和改进提供了一种设计的方法。
Permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) for industrial robot has high requirements :high torque ratio, high efficiency and low torque ripple. The main dimensions of the motor were determined according to the analysis of the technical requirements of motor. Then analysis of the motor was carried out by using FEM analysis software. The best slot pole match was chosen by analysing the normal slot pole match. The cogging torque of the motor was effectively reduced by using the structure of unequal thickness of permanent magnets. The new winding with different sizes was designed to im- prove efficiency of motor. Some methods were provided to design PMSM for industrial robot.
