摘要
针对扭矩传感器价格高昂、增大电动机控制系统体积和复杂度等问题,提出了一种基于微控制器的开关磁阻电机瞬时转矩在线估算方法。获取电机的几个关键位置的磁链特性曲线,计算得到完整磁链特性和转矩特性。在电机运转过程中,控制器根据转矩特性表对测得的相电流和位置角使用双线性插值法计算得到瞬时转矩。将估算结果与扭矩传感器的测量结果进行对比,验证了该方法的可行性。
A method for on-line instantaneous torque estimation of switched reluctance motors with micro controller was proposed to solve the problem that the torque sensor is expensive and increases the volume and complexity of the motor control system. Several flux linkage curves in the key positions were obtained, then the complete flux characteristics and torque characteristics were got by calculation. The instantaneous torque was calculated by using the bilinear interpolation method when the motor was running. The results with this method were compared with that of torque sensor so that the feasibility of the proposed method was verified.
