摘要
详细介绍了3种不同脱硫工艺在首钢股份的应用实践情况及3种脱硫工艺的工作原理,并有针对性地对3种脱硫工艺的纯脱硫时间、脱硫周期、脱硫率、铁损、处理温降、转炉回硫以及成本进行了比对;分析了3种脱硫工艺的优缺点,给出了不同规模钢企采取不同脱硫工艺的建议和意见。成本方面以铁水初始硫质量分数0.035%、脱硫结束目标硫质量分数0.003%为例进行对比,单喷颗粒镁脱硫法和复合喷吹脱硫法分别较KR机械搅拌法脱硫成本高12和10元/t,考虑长期效益和安全,大中型钢企采用KR法脱硫为宜。
The application of three different desulphurization technologies in Shougang and the working principle were introduced.For the three kinds of desulfurization processes,the desulfurization time,desulfurization cycle,desulfurization rate,iron loss,processing temperature drop,converter resulfurization and cost were compared.And the advantages and disadvantages of the three kinds of desulfurization processes were analyzed,the suggestions and opinions of different desulfurization process applied in the different sizes of steel enterprises were given.Taking an example of the initial sulfur mass fraction of 0.035%in iron and the end goal of sulfur mass fraction of 0.003% after the desulfurization,the cost of the single spray particle magnesium desulfurization method and compound injection desulfurization method was increased by 12 and 10 yuan/t,respectively,when compared with that of the KR mechanical stirring desulfurization method.Considering the long-term benefits and safety,KR method was used for the desulfurization in large and medium-sized steel enterprises.
