Research on Dynamic Optimization of Whole Life Cycle Management of Construction Engineering Cost

我国工程造价管理正逐步由静态管理向动态管理、阶段性管理向全生命周期管理转变。从建筑工程全生命周期整体的最优造价控制和动态管理的角度,探讨建筑工程从项目决策、项目建设到项目使用报废等各阶段造价管理的重点内容和动态优化的难点问题,提出工程造价全生命周期管理动态优化的建议。

The cost management of engineering projects in China is gradually changing from the static management to dynamic management, and from phased management to the whole life cycle management. This paper discusses the main content of cost management and the difficulties of the dynamic optimization in different stages including the project decision-making, construction, operation and scrap, etc. Then, puts forward some suggestions for dynamic optimization of whole life cycle management of engineering projects cost
