摘要
以钢结构装配式实际项目为研究对象,归纳项目中存在的问题,并总结现有项目取得的经验,然后对比装配式建筑和传统现浇建筑的成本、工期,得出钢混体系装配式建筑相比现浇工艺和全混凝土装配式建筑具有更低的成本和更快的工期。钢混体系装配式会拥有极强的可推广性,在低层建筑中有更广阔的应用前景。
Taking the actual projects of the steel structure prefabricated building as the research object, the paper concludes the problems existing in the projects, and summarizes the experience of the existing projects. Then, compares the cost and duration of the prefabricated building and the traditional cast-in-place building, finds that prefabricated building with steel and concrete system is cheaper in cost and faster in duration than the cast-in- place technology and the whole concrete prefabricated building. The prefabricated building of steel and concrete system has strong popularization, and wider application prospect in low rise buildings.
