Application of Project Management in Final Accounts of a Storage Tank Project

基于某EPC工程中的储槽工程,分析工程管理在工程决算过程中的管理对象,阐述工程管理在工程决算中的应用,包括对工程竣工图过程管理,对合同的学习管理,对决算人员的专业管理,对决算对象的沟通管理,对决算结果的检查管理等。并结合实际储槽工程,总结工程决算的注意事项,为以后相关的储槽工程决算提供一定的参考。

Based on the storage tank project in a EPC project,this paper analyzes the management object of project management in the final accounts,expounds the application of project management in the final accounts,including process management of as-built drawings,lear ning management of the contract,professional management of accounts personnel,communication and management of the final accounts,inspection management of the final results. Combined with the actual tank project,summarizes the main points in the project management of the final accounts,in order to provide references for future final account of the storage tank project.
