境外EPC项目的风险管理研究

Research on the Risk Management of Overseas EPC Projects

由于境外投资环境的复杂性和EPC总承包模式的创新性,相较于国内投资建设项目和传统承包模式,境外EPC项目存在很大投资风险。分析北汽南非工厂项目实施中业主和总承包商的各类风险,总结风险处理对策,初步探究可供境外EPC项目借鉴的以风险识别和风险防范为重点的风险管理理论。

Because of the complexity of overseas investment environment and the innovation of EPC general contracting mode,overseas EPC projects have great investment risks compared with the domestic investment in construction projects and the traditional contract model. This paper analyzes the risks of the owner and the general contractor in the implementation of BAIC South Africa auto factory project,summarizes the risk management measures,in order to explore the abecedarian risk management theory focusing on risk identification and risk prevention,which can be used for references by overseas EPC projects.
