风湿祛痛胶囊对大鼠急性痛风性关节炎及环氧化酶(COX-2)的影响

Influence of Fengshi Qutong Jiaonang on Mouse Acute Gouty Arthritis and COX-2 Expression

目的:研究风湿祛痛胶囊(Fengshi Qutong Jiaonang,FQJ)对急性痛风性关节炎(Acute Gouty Arthritis,AGA)大鼠的抗炎作用及其作用机制。方法:通过尿酸钠(MUS)诱导大鼠急性痛风性关节炎动物模型以及环氧化酶-2(COX-2)抑制剂体外检测方法,考察风湿祛痛胶囊对急性痛风性关节炎大鼠的足肿胀以及大鼠血清中尿酸(UA)的含量的影响,并考察风湿祛痛胶囊体外抗炎作用。结果:风湿祛痛胶囊能明显减轻急性痛风性关节炎大鼠足肿胀度,能明显降低炎性大鼠血清中UA含量,并且能够抑制COX-2的活性。结论:风湿祛痛胶囊治疗急性痛风性关节炎有确切疗效,可能与降低UA含量,抑制COX-2的活性有关。

Objective： To investigate the anti-inflammatory effects and mechanism of Fengshi Qutong Jiaonang（FQJ） in rat with acute gouty arthritis（AGA）. Methods： through the uric acid sodium（MUS） induced animal models of acute gouty arthritis of rats and ring oxidase-2（COX-2） inhibitors in vitro detection method to investigate the effects of rheumatoid pain-pain capsule on the swelling of rats with acute gout and the content of uric acid（UA） in rat serum, and to investigate the anti-inflammation effect of rheumatoid pain-relief capsule in vitro. Results： Rheumatoid analgesic capsule can significantly reduce the swelling degree of rats with acute gout, significantly reduce the UA content in the serum of inflammatory rats and inhibit the activity of COX-2. Conclusion： There＇s a definite effect that rheumatism quelling pain capsule to treat acute gout arthritis.it may be related to reduce the UA content and inhibit the activity of COX-2.
