摘要
基于我国高等教育质量保障政策研究的历时定位,选取2004~2014年间相关成果进行系统地梳理与分析,结果表明,研究文献数量呈逐步增长态势。成果主要涉及价值研究、实施研究、评价分析、问题研究、改进研究和比较研究六个方面,'外部教育质量保障'、'本科教学评估'及'人才培养质量'是研究热点。研究内容涉及面广,呈不均衡分布,以定性研究为主,定量研究和地方性知识累积较为薄弱,注重西方理论借鉴,原创性理论构建尚付阙如。
Based on the research of quality assurance policy for higher education research in China, the article collects and analyzes the relevant results during 2004-2014 systematically. The results illustrate that the number of research papers get a gradual growth, the results of researches mainly involve six aspects of value, implementation, evaluation, problem, improvement research and comparative study, and 'the external education quality assurance', 'undergraduate teaching assessment' and ' the quality of talent training' are the focuses of research. The research content is broad, but shows the characteristics of asymmetrical distribution. The research is based on qualitative research mainly, but the quantitative research and local knowledge accumulation is relatively weak; and the research focus on draw lessons from western theory, but lack the construction of principles.
