摘要
本文介绍了喷雾通风冷却塔在清江石化30万吨/年重油催化裂化装置循环水系统中的应用,经过一年来的运行情况表明:较之传统的机械通风冷却塔,喷雾通风冷却塔具有冷却效果好,节能效益显著,一次性投资省和运行维护可靠方便等特点。清江石化的率先应用也为该塔在石化行业大面积推广积累了宝贵的经验。
In this paper the structure and featvre of the cooling tower with spray fanner are introduced. The application of this cooling tower to the cyclic water system of a heavy oil catalytic Crackr in SINOPEC Qingjiang Petrochemical Co., Ltd. is reported. The one - year running results of this tower show that the cooliing effect is excellent, the consumption of operation is convnient. So the cooling tower with spray fanner is worth popularization.
