企业成长模式及其影响因素研究

Research on Enterprise Growth Model and the Influence Factors

生物进化论、突变论和复杂性理论等科学研究表明,无论是自然界还是人类社会,普遍存在着客观物质的发展演化过程,这种过程一般包含两种模式——渐变与突变。本文认为,企业作为人为构建的复杂的经济系统,其成长过程也遵循这样的规律,即企业成长具有两种模式——渐进式成长和突变式成长。根据对影响企业成长因素的分析,本文认为,企业实力(核心能力)是企业成长中的渐变因素,而机遇则是突变因素,从而构建起企业成长的分析模型。在企业发展过程中,当渐进式成长方式的影响要素占上风时,即企业主要发挥核心能力作用时,企业成长就表现为渐进式成长;当突变式成长方式影响要素占优势时,即企业主要依靠机遇管理作用时,企业成长就表现为突变式成长。企业在这两种成长机制的交互作用下不断演化,最终实现成长。

According to the biological theory of evolution,catastrophe theory and complexity theory,whether nature materials or human society exists the process of evolution.This process usually includes two kinds of modes-gradual change and mutation change. This paper thinks that,as a complex economic system built by people,enterprise should obey the natural rules.The growth process of enterprise has two modes-the gradual-growth and the mutation-growth.Through analyzing the factors that influence enterprise growth, the paper thinks that the enterprise strength(core competence) is the gradual growth factors,and opportunities are mutations factor,and build an enterprise growth model.During the process of enterprise growth,the enterprise will present a kind of gradual growth when the core competence of the enterprise is the main factor which influences the enterprise's growth.On the contrary,the enterprise will be a kind of mutation growth when the opportunity management abilities of the enterprise are the main factor.The enterprise grows continuously under the interaction of the two kinds of growth modes.
