基于共生关系的武汉城市圈城乡协调发展研究

Correlation Development of Urban-rural in Wuhan Urban Agglomeration Based on Symbiosis Relationship

在经济全球化和区域经济一体化的背景下,城市群逐步成为中国区域发展的重要板块,是区域研究的热点。城市空间结构与区域关系成为影响和制约区域可持续发展的重要因子,城乡二元空间作为城市圈的重要地域单元,在城市圈区域协调发展中扮演重要角色,促进城乡协调与均衡发展是解决城乡问题、促进区域协调发展的必然路径,城乡一体化是新型城市化的要求,也是实现城市圈协调发展的要求与提升城市圈域经济体整合竞争力与软实力的基本路径模式。基于武汉城市圈建设"两型社会"的架构,文章在SWOT分析的基础上,利用共生关系思想,分析了区域共生的基本架构与模式,从城乡一体化、新型城市化道路、产业经济、基础设施、公共服务等方面提出武汉城市圈城乡协调发展的基本思路。

Under the background of economic globalization and regional economic integration,urban agglomeration has become an important regional development unit in China,and it is regional study focus.Urban spatial structure and regional relationship is important factor for regional sustainable development.Urban region and rural region both are important regional unit for regional economic development and their role is more and more important for regional coordinated development,and which is absolute path to solve urban-rural problems and to propose regional coordinated development.Urban-rural integration is the demand of new type urbanization and agglomeration coordinated development,and it is basic path model for promoting comprehensive competitiveness and soft power.Based on 'two-oriented society' and SWOT analysis,this paper analyzed regional symbiosis model,and applied symbiosis relationship to propose some strategic ideals for regional coordinated development in Wuhan urban agglomeration.
