颈椎关节松动法治疗神经根型颈椎病颈椎功能障碍的疗效观察

Efficacy of cervical joint mobilization on treatment of cervical dysfunction of nerve root type cervical spondylosis

目的探讨神经根型颈椎病功能障碍以颈椎关节松动法治疗的疗效观察。方法选取2014年6月‐2015年5月接诊的70例神经根型颈椎病功能障碍患者进行研究,按照随机数表法将其分为对照组和观察组。对照组采取常规的推拿手法治疗,观察组采取颈椎关节松动法治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后的疼痛评分(VAS)和治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为94.29%(33/35),明显高于对照组患者的77.14%(27/35)(χ~2=4.2000,P=0.0404);治疗前两组患者VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者VAS评分为(1.76±1.49)分,明显低于对照组患者的(3.02±1.72)分(P<0.05)。结论对神经根型颈椎病功能障碍患者采取颈椎关节松动法治疗,可有效减轻患者的疼痛程度,促进患者康复,值得临床上推广及应用。

[Objective] To investigate the efficacy of cervical joint mobilization on the treatment of cervical dysfunction of nerve root type cervical spondylosis. [Methods] A total of 70 patients with nerve root type cervical spondylosis who were admitted from June 2014 to May 2015 were enrolled in the study, randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group were treated with conventional manipulation, while the observation group were treated with cervical joint mobilization, the Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） pain score and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. [Results] The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.29% （33/35）, which was significantly higher than that of the control group [77.14% （27/35）] （X^2=4.2000, P =0.0404）.There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before treatment （P 〉0.05）; after treatment, the VAS score of the patients in the observation group was （1.76 ± 1.49）, which was significantly lower than （3.02±1.72） of the control group （P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] Cervical joint mobilization in treatment of patients with nerve root type cervical spondylosis can effectively alleviate the patient＇s pain level, promote the rehabilitation of patients, and it is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
