应用消化内镜治疗消化道出血的临床效果研究

Clinical effect of digestive endoscopy in treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding

目的观察应用消化内镜治疗消化道出血的应用效果。方法选择该院2014年7月‐2016年6月收治的152例消化道出血患者,依据住院时间划分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者治疗采用常规疗法,观察组患者应用消化内镜开展治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗效果。结果观察组治疗有效率为94.7%,对照组治疗有效率为68.4%,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者出血停止时间为(0.97±0.92)d,对照组出血停止时间为(1.77±0.90)d,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在消化道出血患者中应用消化内镜治疗,能够显著提升患者治疗有效率,缩短患者出血停止时间,同时具有较高的安全性,值得临床广泛推广。

[Objective] To discuss the clinical effect of digestive endoscopy in treatment of gastrointestinal bleeding. [Methods] A total of 152 patients with gastrointestinal bleeding admitted to our hospital from July 2014 to June 2016 were selected, and divided into control group and observation group according to the length of hospital stay. Patients in the control group were treated with routine therapy, patients in the observation group were treated with digestive endoscopy, and the clinical therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared. [Results] The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 94.7%, which was 68.4% in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. The stop bleeding time in the observation group was （0.97 ~ 0.92） days, which was （1.77 -4- 0.90） days in the control group, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. The difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups was not significant （P 〉0.05）. [Conclusion] The application of gastrointestinal endoscopic treatment in patients with gastrointestinal bleeding, can significantly improve the effective rate of treatment, shorten stop bleeding time, simultaneously has high security, thus its clinical promotion would be appreciated.
