摘要
提出了一种随机振动疲劳寿命预计的简便数据处理方法。一般地 ,在求疲劳损伤量时 ,需要构件的平均频率 ,通常是取构件的第一阶共振频率。本文提出利用随机响应功率谱密度求出的特征频率作为平均频率 ,在数据处理时是较方便的一种方法。
A new and simple method is presented for random vibration fatigue life prediction. Usually, the first order modal frequency was used as component's average frequency in calculating its damage amount. Here, the characteristic frequency calculated from measured PSD of component was used as average frequency. Results given by a typical component's test data processing show that the new method is reasonable.
