摘要 结合某型号飞机试验任务 ,阐述有关空气作动筒仿升的起落架落震试验方法。由于仿升设备原因 ,实际施加的仿升力是在一个常数升力上迭加一振荡升力。文中基于能量等效原则 ,提出了一种“仿升力均值”概念 ,并采用了仿升力提前作用和增加投放高度的试验方法。其目的是为了有效控制振荡仿升力的精度 。 A landing gear drop test method is presented in this paper, in which the lift is simulated by an air actuator and accumulator system with constant pressure. Due to the intrinsic character of the wing lift simulation system, the simulated wing lift applied in the test is a constant force superposed with an oscillatory value instead of a completely fixed one. In order to accurately control the magnitude of the wing lift simulation, a new idea named 'average lift' is proposed based on the energy equivalent principle.To avoid peak lift, which is caused by collision between pistons and the carriage at the beginning of the test, lift is exerted a little bit earlier and the dropping height is added a little higher.
