大振幅变轨迹立式振动磨机研制

摘要 通过对超细粉体制备的工艺特点、破磨机理的分析 ,研究了应用振动理论设计的大振幅、变轨迹立式振动磨机的若干问题。本文的研究成果 。 We present a vertical vibrant grinders of big amplitude and changable track that can be used to prepare the superfine powders. First, we analyzed the characters of the products about the superfine powder & characters of the processed materials of metal, nonmetal and plant fibre of the desiccation, Then, we analyzed the technical characters of the superfine powder to be prepared. By researching the relations of the fashions of broken and ground of metals processed materials & the character of the grinder's parameters, we defined the design parameters of the vertical vibrant grinders. Applying vibrant theory & adopting air springs,we designed a vertical vibrant grinders of big amplitude and changeable track. Tentative tests show that the design idea is right,and the design scheme is feasible.
