摘要
介绍了两轴联动数控加工圆柱分度凸轮的编程坐标换算方法 ,导出了两轴联动加工的理论制造误差计算公式 ,结合实例进行了误差分析 。
The method of coordinate conversion in NC programming for machining barrel indexing cam contour by 2 axis system was introduced. Calculating equation of theoretical manufacturing error machined by 2 axis NC system was found out. Error analysis for a practical example was given.
