摘要
利用边界元法作为分析工具 ,用约束变尺度法作为优化技术 ,以接触应力最小为目标建立数学模型 ,对渐开线斜齿圆柱齿轮进行沿齿宽方向的形状优化 ,获得了齿宽方向接触线的最佳形状。
We present a mathematic model for making contact stresses least using boundary element method(BEM) as analysis tools and CVM01 as optimization technique. Then the optimal shape of contact line along tooth width direction is obtained for optimizing the helical gear shape. The results and method may be used in profile modification of involute gear drive.
