摘要
与传统的超声波探头相比 ,超声相控阵探头可以实现电子控制下的声束平移、偏转与动态聚焦。本文针对无损检测中广泛被使用的超声线阵探头 ,建立其声场的数学模型 ,得出了超声线阵探头的方向图函数 ,在此基础上运用 Matlab软件对超声场进行了仿真计算 ,得出了相控阵超声探头声场在空间分布的特点。本文最后依据此模型 。
Compared with traditional ultrasonic probe, ultrasonic phased array probe can realize transition, deflection and dynamic focusing of acoustic beam under electronic control. This paper established mathematical model of sound field of ultrasonic linear array probe which is widely used in nondestructive test and figured out directivity diagram function of the probe. The software Matlab is used to carry out emulational calculation according to the directivity diagram function. Based on this model, several methods to improve sound field of the probe is presented.
