摘要
介绍了对某飞行器电视摄像稳定平台收放机构的优化设计思想和可靠性分析 ,与国内外同类产品进行比较 ,说明了该机构设计思想的先进性 ,并介绍了研制的难点及其解决方案。飞行器在恶劣的环境温度 ,以及冲击和振动的工况下 ,影响工作的可靠度的因素十分复杂 ,因此 ,分析影响可靠性的主要因素是十分必要。合理的采用薄壁结构和同步带使得机构获得了较大的收重比。经过例行实验结果和科研试飞和定型试飞表明 ,设计方案达到了预期目标。
We present an optimal design and dependability analysis for the TV camera retraction jack. There are complex factors affecting the dependability under the influence of around temperature and compact force or vibration when aircraft is on the fly, therefore it is necessary to analyze the main factors that affect the dependability. Mechanism is obtained with great retraction weight ratio for gathering thin construction and synchronous geared tap.
