摘要 研究了热泵辅助太阳能烘干鲜枣设备的技术原理并进行了参数设计,确定了9块空气集热器和12匹热泵。通过试验得出鲜枣的干燥规律分为4个阶段:预热升温阶段、蒸发阶段、干燥完成阶段和降温排湿阶段。最后根据结果进行数据处理,绘出鲜枣的干燥曲线,并得出4项试验结论。 Technical principle and parameters of heat pump-assisted solar drying equipment for fresh jujube were studied,9 air collectors and a heat pump with the power of 12 horsepower were determined. Drying rule of fresh jujube was explored by experiment,and it was divided into four stages: preheating stage,evaporation stage,drying completion stage and stage of dehumidification. Finally,drying curve of fresh jujube was drawn according to results and four experimental conclusions were obtained.
