陕西农村基础教育英语教师培训实效性评价体系构建

摘要 针对目前陕西农村基础教育英语教师培训实效性差的问题,在对其原因进行深入分析的基础上,根据教师培训的实际情况,确定设计原则、评价主体、评价标准和具体的评价指标,构建契合陕西农村和英语学科实际的教师培训实效性评价体系,提高农村英语教师的综合素质,使陕西农村基础教育英语教师培训工作取得实效。 Currently,effectiveness in English teacher training of Shaanxi rural elemantary education is not apprent. So on the basis of analyzing reasons for this phenomenon,according to actual condition of teacher training of Shaanxi rural elemantary education,design principle,evaluation subject,evaluation standard and concrete evaluation index were determined. In addition,evaluation system of effectiveness in English teacher training of Shaanxi rural elemantary education was built so as to improve comprehensive quality of rural English teachers and make English teacher training obtain actual effects.
