非物质文化遗产凭借其丰富的文化内涵可以为优秀传统文化资源进行创造性转化与创新性发展提供土壤,在"一带一路"倡议的推动下,非遗IP创新可促进沿线国家文化交流、文化传播、文化贸易创新发展,实现互利共赢。本文结合非遗IP创新实际案例,通过对非遗IP创新类型及特点的分析总结,对"一带一路"非遗IP的创新开发与创造转化进行探索。

The intangible cultural heritage, with its rich cultural connotation,could provide soil for outstanding traditional cultural resources＇ creative transformation and innovative development. In the push of the Belt and Road Initiative, the intangible cultural heritage IP innovation can promote national cultural exchanges,cultural communication, cultural innovation and trade development along the line, to achieve mutual benefit and win-win. This article, based on real case study, by analyzing and summing up their types and characteristics, the author has explored innovative exploitation and creative transformation of the intangible cultural heritage IP in the perspective of the Belt and Road Initiative.
