摘要
近年来,发电机的缺陷和隐患较多,目前故障主要集中在转子励磁引线穿轴螺栓放电、磁极连接线开裂、磁极连接线绝缘破损、磁极线圈引线处开匝等方面。本文详细总结了各电站励磁穿轴引线结构设计特点,通过对穿轴引线"接触电密"的计算,分析了穿轴部位引线出现故障原因,并提出了相关建议;同时介绍了相关电站穿轴引线结构改进方案,以期对后续工程提供借鉴。
In recent years,many defects and problems of generator.The current fault is mainly concentrated on the shaft bolt discharge of the rotor excitation lead.In this paper,the structure design of current leads in the rotor was introduced,meanwhile the analysis of current leads in the rotor installation and the structure improvement were proposed based on the comparison of current density,which provide with example and reference for the same kind of problem.
