摘要
抽水蓄能机组在高水头、高转速、双转向、频繁启停等运行条件下,逐渐暴露出一系列问题。近年来,国内抽水蓄能电站共计发生严重及以上缺陷及隐患近千个,以发电机和水轮机设备居多,其中发电机方面的问题比较集中,部分问题在多个电站都有出现,属于家族性问题。本文简要介绍了深圳抽水蓄能电站1号机组发电电动机在安装调试过程中遇到的问题,并对其进行了分析总结,以期对国内外同类电站提供有益借鉴。
It is found that there is a series of design and manufacturing problems in large domestic pumped storage power station with the development of high speed and large capacity,especially in generator-motor.In this paper,the detail of design and manufacturing problems were introduced,meanwhile the analysis and the structure improvement were proposed,which provide with example and reference for copper rotor bars of the same kind.
