摘要
本文应用有限元分析软件ANSYS,对某抽水蓄能机组的充水保压蜗壳混凝土结构进行三维非线性有限元联合受力分析,完整模拟了蜗壳的保压浇筑和运行流程,并与蜗壳单独承受所有载荷的应力变形计算结果对比,从而掌握保压蜗壳的真实受力状态,为更精准的充水保压蜗壳设计和强度校核提供依据。
With the case of a pumped storage power station,a three-dimensional and nonlinear finite element analysis of the combined work for preloading filling spiral case and surrounding concrete was carried out by the FEA software ANSYS.It simulates the whole package,including pressure maintaining and the operation.The condition of practical structure will be acquired by comparing with spiral case under loads alone to provide a basis for the design of preloading filling spiral case and strength check.
