摘要
抽水蓄能用发电电动机基本特征是高转速、大容量、双转向,转子结构设计难度大,因此GM的技术体现在转子的设计制造中。作为转子一部分的磁轭,既是磁路的组成部分,也是固定磁极的结构部件,受力情况复杂,对其机械强度、稳定性以及可靠性要求较高。从基本组成来分,通常磁轭有扇形以及环形两种结构。清远抽水蓄能电站发电电动机磁轭设计采用环形磁轭,本文主要介绍清远抽水蓄能电站发电电动机环形磁轭设计、制造以及安装技术。
The basic characteristic of generator is high speed、double steering and large capacity.So GM technology should be reflected in the design and manufacture of rotor.The difficulty of design for the rotor has been increased.Rotor rim as a part of the magnetic circuit and a part of the structure of pole fixed has complex stress conditions.The mechanical strength,stability and reliability requirements are also getting higher and higher.All things considered,Qingyuan generator motor rim use ring rim.This paper introduce the design,manufacture and installation of ring rim.
