摘要
选用七种对N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖或半乳糖有特异亲和性的凝集素，对16只兔眼正常小梁网进行亲和组化研究。结果证实兔眼正常小梁网细胞外基质和内皮细胞胞浆中，分布有N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖和N-乙酰氨基半乳糖，前者的含量高于后者；ConA对N-乙酰氨基葡萄糖的亲和力比LCA和PSA强，DBA、PNA与PHA、SBA的亲和力相同。
Histochemistry of lectin -affinity on 16 rabbit eyes by using three N -acetylglucosamine (GIcNAc ) -binding lectins and four N -acetylgalactosamine (Ga1NAc) -binding lectins were studied. The results showed that G1cNAc and Ga1NAc were present in the cytoplasm of endothelium and extracellular matrix of trabecular meshwork of rabbit eyes,with the content of GIcNAc higher than that of Ga1NAc,and that the affinity of ConA to GlcNAc is higher than that of LCA and PSA,whereas the affinithy of DBA PNA PHA and SBA to GalNAc was the same.
