62例皮层下动脉硬化性脑病CT分析

An Analysis of CT Scans of Subcortical Arteriosclerotic Encephalopathy

对62例此皮层下动脉硬化性脑病的CT扫描资料进行分析，结果发现，62例均可见双侧脑室旁及半卵园中心区深部脑白质呈散在性或融合性低密度表现，其中54例见双侧脑室，三脑室及双侧裂池不同程度扩大，13例见丘脑，基底节区有腔隙性梗塞．3例伴有小灶性脑出血。皮层下动脉硬化性脑病的CT诊断，结合临床一般无困难。

Computerized tomograms (CT scans) of 62 cases of subcortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy have been analysed. The results were: All 62 cases showed scattered or fused low density at the sides of both lateral ventricles and the white matter of the deep half-oval center. 54 cases showed enlargement in both lateral ventricles and brain cisterna and the third ventricle. 13 cases showed locular infarcts in thalamus and basal ganglia. 3 cases showed small focal cerebral hemorrhage. Generally it won’t be difficult for CT diagnosis of subcortical arteriosclerotic encephalopathy,in combining with clinical features.
