PCR法检测宫颈癌细胞中人乳头瘤病毒

摘要 采用PCR(聚合酶链反应)技术对宫颈癌细胞中HPV(人乳头瘤病毒)和HPV16、18型的感染状况分别进行了研究。在新鲜组织中,宫颈癌细胞内HPV和HPV16、18型的感染率分别达80%和75%。但石蜡标本中HPV和HPV16、18型的感染率则为33.3%和26.7%。说明宫颈癌细胞中HPV的感染率极高,且主要系HPV16、18型的感染。PCR技术检测宫颈癌细胞中的HPV方法简便快速,灵敏度高。可广泛用于流行病学调查和高危致癌HPV感染妇女的追踪观察。 Human papillomavirus(HPV) and type 16.18 of HPV DNA in human cervical carcinoma have been detected with polymerase chain reaction.In fresh specimens the infection rate of HPV and HPV16.18 were 80% and 75% separately.However in paraffin embedded specimens the infection rate of HPV and HPV16.18 were 33 3% and 26 7% respectively.The results shows the infection rate of HPV in human cervical carcinoma is very high.Most of them were HPV 16.18 infection.PCR technique is a convenient and sensitive method in detecting HPV infection in human cervical carcinoma.It can be used in epidemic investigation and early findings of cervical carcinoma.
