摘要
静脉注射雌二醇(E2)60μg/kg,缩短由乌头碱引起雄大鼠心律失常持续时间,提高哇巴因致雄豚鼠室早、室颤的剂量,降低由氯化钙(CaCl2)引起的小鼠死亡率,缩短由肾上腺素诱发雄家兔心律失常持续时间。上述结果提示:雌激素具有抗心律失常作用,可能是通过抑制钠。
The influence of estradiol on experimental arrhythmia was observed by intravenous injection of estradiol(E 2)60 μg/kg into male animals. The results showed it shortened the duration of arrhythmia induced by iv aconitine 20 μg/kg in male rats, increased the dose of ouabain required for VP and VF in male guinea pigs, reduced the mortality of unanesthetized male mice given iv CaCl 2 130 mg/kg, shortened the duration of arrhythmia evoked by iv epinephrine 50 μg/kg in male rabbits. These results suggested that estrogen should have antiarrhythmic actions on male animals.
