月舒贴药液对原发性痛经的药效研究

Effect of Aqua Yue Shel Tie (YST) to Essential Dysmenorrhea

通过抑制子宫平滑肌、镇痛及抗炎等试验评价月舒贴药液对原发性痛经的主要功效。结果表明：月舒贴药液有抑制正常大鼠子宫平滑肌收缩频率、幅度的趋势，明显对抗缩宫素所致子宫平滑肌收缩作用，显著抑制冰醋酸对小鼠的致痛作用，明显抑制大鼠足趾部肿胀作用。上述结果提示月舒贴可有效的缓解痛经的症状和体征。

Through the experiments of inhibiting the smooth muscle,analgesia and antiinflammation the primary effect of aqua Yue Shu Tie (YST) on essential dysmenorrhea was evaluated. As a result,the drug had the tendency of decreasing the frequency and intensity of uterine muscular contraction in normal rats. It could dramatically combat the contraction of uterine muscle caused by oxtocin, significantly inhibit pain of mice caused by 100% acetic acid and markedly reduce the edema of the paw of rats.The above results sugggest that the drug can effectively relieve the symptoms and signs of essential dysmenorrhea.
