食管电化疗心脏安全性的临床与实验探讨

The Safty Evaluation of Esophageal ECT on Heart by Clinical Practice And Experiment in Dogs

为了解电化疗对食管癌患者心脏影响，我们进行了临床和实验研究。临床是电化学治疗中观察心电变化；实验分４组即硝酸甘油电化疗组及对照组，心肌缺血电化疗组及对照组。结果表明：①临床治疗过程中，可见不同程度的Ｓ－Ｔ段抬高及房性心律失常；②实验提示：进行食管电化疗时，可引起房性心律失常以及Ｓ－Ｔ段的改变，硝酸甘油对抬高的Ｓ－Ｔ段改变均立即恢复正常；心肌缺血若心电较稳定，食管电化疗也是安全的。因此推测食管电化学治疗对心脏影响不大，在心脏方面较安全。

Arrhythmia might occur during esophageal electrochemotherapy (ECT) of esophageal cancer. In this article,the effects of esophageal ECT on heart were studied by clinical practice and experiment in dogs,the results were those: 1. Clinical practice showed that arrhythmia and S T segment elevation were induced during esophageal ECT; 2. The experiment showed that:Atrial arrhythmia and S T segment elevation were evoked by esophageal ECT but disappeared after ending treatment, and nitroglycerin had no effects on that. Esophageal ECT was safe in ischemic heart with relatively stable electrocardiogram. It is suggested that esophageal ECT would be safe to heart.
