摘要
供应链管理作为一种新的管理理念与模式,给相关企业都带来收益。供应链管理思想和动态联盟的形成,更能够从容应对难以预测的市场变化。本文主要研究了基于供应链下的动态联盟的快速货运行业的业务流程,并且给出了相应的设计和架构。
As a new management idea and mode,Supply Chain Management brings profits to all related enterprises.The appearance of E-commence and dynamic alliance can better meet with the market changes difficult to predict.This paper mainly studies the operation flow based on Supply Chain and Dynamic Alliance and brings forward corresponding design and structure.
