构建高校教师职业行为选择的制度框架

摘要 在社会主义市场经济条件下,基于高校教师职业劳动的特殊性与职业行为的重要性,被动地对教师主体进行单一的约束和限制,已不适应当前激励高校教师主动选择高境界的职业道德行为的目标,需要重新审视规范职业行为的制度安排。针对教师行为选择的多元化态势,加强职业行为制度建设,强化教师角色意识和职业规范,实施制度创新,弥补市场缺陷,构建内外统一、知行合一的高校教师职业行为选择制度框架至关重要。 Under socialist market economy condition,particularity and occupation behavior that colleges and universities teacher occupation works-based significance,carries out unitary constraint on teacher subject and restricts passively,do not already adapt to stimulating the colleges and univer-sities teacher to behavior system choosing high realm professional ethics behavior target,needing to scan standard occupation again is arranged for on self's own initiative currently.Specifically for alter-native teacher behavior diversification situation,reinforce occupation behavior formulating essential rules and regulations,the occupation behavior choice system frame strengthening teacher role con-sciousness and the occupation norm,putting institutional innovation into practice,making up the marketplace defect,structuring the inside and outside unification,the unity of knowing and doinggentleness colleges and universities teacher is all-important.
