摘要
分析了员工绩效管理的现状,在战略人力资源范式下的绩效管理体系特征的指导下,创造性地开发了个人平衡计分卡:①设计个人战略地图;②设计个人计分卡;③设计个人绩效责任书;④个人平衡计分卡的运行。以此改善企业在员工绩效管理中战略导向不足、激励驱动不足和绩效管理循环的不规范和缺失等存在的主要问题。
This paper analyses the current conditions of Staff Performance Appraisal Management, and develops the Individual Balanced Scorecard under direction of PAMS (Performance Appraisal Management System) in Strategic Human Resource Paradigm, which consists of four parts: 1. Individual Strategic Map designing; 2. Individual BSC designing; 3. Individual Performance Liability designing; 4. Individual BSC applying. With this applied research, enterprises will find a new path to make up for the absence of strategic guide, incentive drive, and PDCA cycle in Staff Performance Appraisal Management.
