顾客提出异议是每个销售人员经常遇到的事情,遇到顾客异议并不可怕。任何一个推销人员都必须正确认识并善于分析和处理各种顾客异议,才能使推销工作顺利进行,才能促使顾客采取购买行为。
It is normal for a salespreson encountering objections raised by customers,so it is not terrible.Salesperson need to treat objections correctly ,analyse and tackle it well in order to make sales promotion successful and stimulate the purchase behavior of customers.
