中国和印度都是第三世界的核大国,在当今世界上也是举足轻重的核力量。两国在经济落后、国际环境恶劣的形势下倚重核科技的发展,寻求自立、自强之路,至今已经取得丰硕的成果。通过比较两国核科技的发展情况,从中找出有益于中国的经验,制定我国的核工业发展的方针、政策。

China and India are nuclear powers in the Third World, in today's world, is also an important nuclear forces. Between the two countries in economic backwardness, poor conditions of the international situation, rely on the development of nuclear science and technology, the search for self-reliance, self-improvement on the road, has been a great success. By comparing the two nuclear technology development, to find out the benefit of the experience of China, the development of China’s nuclear industry development policies.
