摘要
本文通过对河北人力资源状况进行SWOT分析,并建构回归模型,验证了河北省人力资源与经济发展之间的关系。实证结论表明人力资源的数量、质量、结构、流动对河北经济的具体影响。并基于此提出一些对策性建议。
In this paper, the empirical study as well as SWOT analysis has been conducted to analyze the relationship between human resource and economic change in Hebei province. The economic models show that the quantity, quality, structural and change of human resource all influence the economic development in Hebei.And some solutions have been suggested.
